“Tarikh par Tarikh” is not just a delay. It is the slow killing of justice. Every new date is another breath stolen from justice, until finally the court hands over not justice, but its dead body.
I, Dispute-Eater, say this without fear: “Dates will keep coming until you start asking. The day you ask, justice will wake up.” Ask one bold question: “When will the final arguments in my case take place?”
Do not underestimate this question. It can shake the system. When litigants demand answers, the courts cannot hide. Imagine the day when every judge says: “Arguments will happen today. No adjournment.” Judges who cannot say this become partners in injustice.
And lawyers your role is most sensitive. Absences, excuses, fake shortages of documents, endless objections, these are not law, they are abuse. When arguments are avoided, cases become rituals of delay. Delay then turns into violence against justice.
Remember this truth: Justice is justice only when it is on time. Justice delayed is not justice it is the dead body of justice.
