The “Settlor” namely Dilip Kumar is a Property and Family Lawyer & a Social Worker as well. According to the experience of the “Settlor”, increasing rate of decreasing devotional value, especially regarding Property & Matrimonial relation, has now been a vital/fetal problem in society. This problem disturbs not only the couple but also the family and later on affects generation to generation. The experience of the settlor in that only compromise which seeks devotion in relation not only in mind and body first of all in the heart of each other for each other. Devotion directs the heart to compromise for better relationship. It is the relation which makes you a creator. Creation is impossible without devotion, so relation wants only devotion. Creation is future, devotion is present, forget the past and come on the point of compromise, for the betterment of the future, is the call of this trust.

As a civil lawyer the settlor experienced that most of the civil cases, matrimonial cases and compoundable criminal cases are filed in the court of law only due to false ego and the tendency of nature not to listen and recognize the idea of others. Compromise is a safe, suitable and peaceful way to solve the civil problems including compoundable criminal disputes also the ultimate goal of this trust is to check the wastage of time, money and above all life in litigation for no use, by helping a man to come on the point of compromise.

It has also experienced that many people cannot go to court because of not knowing their legal rights. And another an important fact in India is that a large number of populations of India is still not conscious of family planning, quality education and health. Therefore, it has become necessary to build this trust for Compromising Civil/Family including compoundable criminal Dispute, Saving Family and Reducing the Burden of Litigation from the Court and to spread social and legal awareness. The further aim of the trust is to make the person aware about family planning, so that, the population can be controlled and to provide the quality of education and medical services by establishing good schools, colleges and hospitals be available to the person below the poverty line. In order to reach this milestone, the “Settlor” has resolved to create a national charity by making a team of Experts and by opening centres all over the Nation and the world.

 The Trust has three wings namely: –

 i. Matrimonial Tears-Wiper:- In this head, the expert of the Trust solve the matrimonial disputes.

ii. Dispute-Eater: – In this head, the expert of the Trust solve Property dispute and compoundable criminal disputes.

iii. Legal & Moral awareness: – In this head, the expert of the Trust organises programmes to spread social legal and Moral awareness in the society from the School Level.
