Background of the Parties

The parties to the dispute are husband and wife. Their marriage took place in xxxxxx. After the marriage, both parties went to xxxxxxxx, where differences arose between them, and they started living separately.
The guardians and family members of both parties made several efforts to resolve the dispute, but their efforts did not produce any fruitful result.
Ultimately, the matter came to the notice of Dispute-Eater. The husband first approached Dispute-Eater and discussed the matter. With the help of one of the advocates associated with Dispute-Eater, the wife was contacted and agreed to come to the office of Dispute-Eater.
Both parties appeared at the office of Dispute-Eater on 12.09.2026. A counselling session was conducted, and after a marathon counselling session, both parties agreed to resolve their dispute permanently.
Accordingly, a Settlement Agreement was prepared at the office of Dispute-Eater.
The main objective of Dispute-Eater is “विवाद को वाद नहीं बनने देना है,” to prevent a dispute from becoming a court case. In the present matter, this objective was achieved. With the efforts of Dispute-Eater, the dispute was resolved amicably without any intervention of the Court and before it could become a litigation.
Both parties have agreed to file a mutual consent divorce petition before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur, so that their matrimonial dispute may come to a permanent end. Thus, with the efforts of Dispute-Eater, the dispute between the parties has come to a FULL STOP.
