1. Certified Copy of Survey Khatiyan. (Title deeds like Sale Deeds, Gift Deeds, etc., if any).
2. Genealogical Table (Vanshawali/Family Tree/G.T).
3. Names and addresses of all living persons mentioned in the Vanshawali.
4. Names and complete postal addresses (including PIN code and name of the Post Office) of all persons        mentioned in the Genealogical Table (G.T.)
5. Certified copies of all sale deeds, if any part of the ancestral property has been sold by any of the co-sharers in favour of any person, whether inter se (among co-sharers) or to outsiders of the family.
6. Names and complete postal addresses (including PIN code and name of the Post Office) of all persons who executed the sale deed in respect of the joint family property.
7. Names and complete postal addresses (including PIN code and name of the Post Office) of all persons in whose favour the sale deeds were executed.
8. Jamabandi Panji (online copy).
9. Rent Receipts (Malgujari Rasid) – online copy.
10. Aadhaar Card and the Mobile number of the plaintiff.
11. Mobile number and Email of the Defendants (Optional).
