Both parties agreed on a one-time settlement, and accordingly, a First Motion Petition was filed vide Matrimonial Case No. 116/2025. The same was disposed of by the Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur, on 09.04.2025. It was decided that the husband shall pay a sum of 20,51,000.00 (Rupees Twenty Lakh Fifty-One Thousand only) towards full and final settlement of all disputes between the parties. It was further agreed that the said amount would be paid by the husband to the wife at the time of disposal of the Second Motion Petition. Both parties remain firm in their agreement, and it has therefore been decided to proceed further with the dissolution of marriage, as there remains no possibility of reunion. In this manner, the dispute between the parties has been conclusively resolved.
