A joint meeting of both parties and their guardians was held at the office of “Dispute-Eater.” During this meeting, both parties mutually agreed to a one-time settlement. As per the agreement, the husband committed to paying a total sum of ₹8,61,000.00 as a full and final settlement.
It was decided that: –
- The said payment of ₹8,61,000.00 was made at the time of the first motion.
The first motion was filed on 10.10.2025. After recording their joint statement, the wife received a Demand Draft dated 09.10.2025 bearing NO. 951951 for ₹8,61,000.00 from the court.
Before filing the second motion petition, a final meeting was held at the office of “Dispute-Eater” to ensure that all issues were resolved. Both parties and their guardians were physically present. They firmly denied any possibility of reconciliation and reiterated their decision to separate. There is no possibility between the parties to reside together. In this manner, the dispute between the parties came to a Full-Stop.
