 वादी और प्रतिवादी के बीच 2014 से विवाद चल रहा था। “डिस्प्यूट-ईटर” दोनों पक्षों के बीच के विवाद को समाप्त करने का प्रयास किया। विवाद को समाप्त करने के लिए दोनों पक्षों को डिस्प्यूट-ईटर के कार्यालय में आने का अनुरोध किया गया। वादी की ओर से श्री मंदेश्वर साह और प्रतिवादी की ओर से श्री कमल साह उपस्थित हुए। “डिस्प्यूट-ईटर” के प्रयास से उपरोक्त वाद का शांतिपूर्ण समझौता हो गया है। दोनों पक्षों के सहमति से एक वाद की वापसी का आवेदन तैयार किया गया, जिसे निश्चित तिथि को न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत किया जाएगा ताकि न्यायालय से भी वाद समाप्त हो जाए। इस प्रकार दोनों पक्षों के बीच के उपरोक्त विवाद का “पूर्ण-विराम” हो गया।

The humble petition on behalf of the Plaintiffs u/o- 23 R- 01 of the Code of Civil Procedure
Most Respectfully Sheweth: –

1. That this suit was filed by the Plaintiff for a decree of declaration of title and recovery of possession over the suit land.
2. That with the effort of “Dispute-Eater” the dispute between the parties is settled outside.
3. That the plaintiffs have also abandoned her claim including the cost of litigation against the defendants.
4. That considering the facts & circumstances said above, it would be proper for Plaintiffs to withdraw the claim against the Defendants.
5. That the Petition in hand is signed and verified by the Plaintiffs and duly supported with an affidavit.
   It is, therefore, prayed that the court be pleased to permit the Plaintiffs to withdraw the suit against the defendants. And for this, the Plaintiff shall ever pray.
