Both the parties (husband & wife) are present in person in Civil Court Campus Muzaffarpur. A physical meeting is held there in which both parties agreed to live together, the husband agreed to withdraw the case pending before the court of Family Court Muzaffarpur. A withdrawal petition is filed, and the said case is withdrawn by the court. A separate withdrawal petition was prepared and duly signed by the husband. And now, the dispute between the parties came to a full-Stop.

Most Respectfully Sheweth: –
- That the case is being filed by the Petitioner husband for Judicial separation against his wife namely Xxxxxxx Kumari.
- That with the effort of “Dispute-Eater” the dispute between the parties is settled outside the court.
- That after the said compromise both the parties agreed to live together as husband and wife.
- That the petitioner has also abandoned her claim including the cost of litigation against the Respondent/wife.
- That considering the facts & circumstances said above, it would be proper for the Petitioner to withdraw the claim against the Respondent.
- That the Petition in hand is signed & verified by the Petitioner and supported with an affidavit.
It is, therefore, prayed that the court be pleased to permit the Petitioner to withdraw the case/claim against the Respondent. And for this, the petitioner shall ever pray.
