Both the parties (husband & wife) are present in person in Civil Court Campus Muzaffarpur. A physical meeting is held there in which both parties agreed to live together,  the husband agreed to withdraw the case pending before the court of Family Court Muzaffarpur. A withdrawal petition is filed, and the said case is withdrawn by the court. A separate withdrawal petition was prepared and duly signed by the husband.  And now, the dispute between the parties came to a full-Stop.

                                        The humble petition on behalf of the Petitioner

                   U/o – 23 R – 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure

Most Respectfully Sheweth: –

  1. That the case is being filed by the Petitioner husband for Judicial separation against his wife namely Xxxxxxx Kumari.
  2. That with the effort of “Dispute-Eater” the dispute between the parties is settled outside the court.
  3. That after the said compromise both the parties agreed to live together as husband and wife.
  4. That the petitioner has also abandoned her claim including the cost of litigation against the Respondent/wife.
  5. That considering the facts & circumstances said above, it would be proper for the Petitioner to withdraw the claim against the Respondent.
  6. That the Petition in hand is signed & verified by the Petitioner and supported with an affidavit.

It is, therefore, prayed that the court be pleased to permit the Petitioner to withdraw the case/claim against the Respondent. And for this, the petitioner shall ever pray.
