06.10.2019: – The 01^st party and 02^nd party are full brothers. The second party sold some piece of land without the knowledge of the 01^st party to an outsider of the family. The 02^nd party wants to partition but not agree to deduct the land as sold by him to an outsider of the family. With the effort of the Trust, the 02^nd party agreed to deduct the area of the land as sold by the 02^nd party from his share and accordingly good feeling re-stored between the parties and the dispute between the parties is settled outside the court. The litigation between the two has now come to a full-stop.
