31.08.2019: – This case had been pending between the Plaintiff and the several defendants since 2003. The Plaintiff in the case is a very respectable person in Muzaffarpur. In the year 2019, he handed over the case file to me and requested me to contest the Suit pending in the court of Sub-Judge -15th Muzaffarpur. I went through the brief of the suit and noticed that although there were several defendants in the suit, the main dispute existed between the Plaintiff and defendant No. 04. After a week I went to the residence of the Plaintiff and narrated him about formation and the aims and objectives of the Trust. He appreciated me after knowing the aims and objectives of the trust. I asked him a question about the possibility of the compromise. I also told him if the suit was compromised with the effort of the trust, the trust would be thankful to him. I remembered well that they had looked closely at me for a while and said try.
Now the second task of the trust was to contact the defendant no. 04 who has been residing at Patna.
The Trust, after taking an appointment with defendant no. 04, decided to meet him at Patna. Since the defendant No. 04 a very influential Person hence the Chairman, Secretary of the Trust along with other respectable persons of the society decided to go Patna to meet him. He also appreciated the Trust but told that the interference of the trust was not required. But after a few moments he told that he would call the plaintiff. The team of the trust returned to Muzaffarpur.
After the passage of a fortnight, the plaintiff made a phone call to the secretary of the trust and advised him to prepare a withdrawal Petition of the above-mentioned suit. The Trust is quite happy and grateful to the plaintiff and defendant 04. The 16 years old litigation between the parties has now come to a full-stop.
