31.08.2019: – Both the parties are full brother. The 02^nd party is a building contractor popularly called Head Rajmistri (Thikedar) & the First party is Rajmistri working under the 02^nd party. The claim of the 01^st party is the remuneration of Rs. 28,000.00 (Twenty-Eight Thousand) is dues against the 02^nd party. After marathon counseling, the 02^nd party agreed to pay Rs. 11,000.00 (Eleven Thousand) to 01^st party. Both the parties agreed on the point that the 01^st Party would deposit the said amount in the account of Asmin Khatoon, the daughter of the 01^st party standing in Bank of Baroda Narauli Chowk Muzaffarpur. Accordingly, the dispute between the parties is settled outside the court amicably. The litigation between the two has now come to a Full-Stop.
