The marriage between the parties was an ideal inter caste, duly consummated, and blessed with a daughter named Shreya Kumari. However, disputes arose between the spouses. Consequently, both parties agreed to seek a divorce by mutual consent.
A first motion petition under Matrimonial Case No. 510/2025 was filed and disposed of on 30.05.2025. A final opportunity for reconciliation was explored, but it failed.The parties have agreed to remain separated on the following terms:
- Custody of the Child:-Shreya Kumari shall reside with her mother at her own risk and responsibility.
- Visitation Rights:– The father shall have visitation rights to meet Shreya Kumari, subject to mutual convenience and prior consultation with Petitioner No. 01.
- Property Rights of the Child:– The dissolution of marriage shall not affect the legal or proprietary rights of Shreya Kumari in the property of her father.
- Recurring Deposit Account:– Father had opened a recurring deposit account (No. 4970027585) in the name of his wife at the Post Office. If the wife withdraws the amount for the education of Shreya Kumari, the father shall raise no objection.
In this manner, the dispute between the parties has now come to a full-Stop.
