30.05.2019: – The case is filed by the complaint/wife for physical harassment against her husband. With the effort of the Trust, the dispute between the parties is settled. The husband agreed to pay maintenance to the Petitioner (wife) Rs. 8000.00 P/M and he also agreed to pay the premium of LIC regularly and accordingly both the parties agreed to file compromise before the court. The effort of the trust helped the court in disposing of the case on compromise. The litigation between the two has now come to a full-stop.
