30.05.2019: – The dispute between the parties is that both are a legally wedded spouse. Since the husband stopped her wife paying maintenance, thus his wife filed a case for maintenance before the Principal Judge Family Court Muzaffarpur. The Trust called both the parties in Trust Office. Both the Parties came in the trust office on scheduled date and time and with the effort of the Trust, the dispute between the parties is settled. The husband agreed to pay maintenance to the Petitioner (wife) Rs. 8000.00 P/M and he also agreed to pay the premium of LIC regularly and accordingly both the parties agreed to file compromise before the court. The effort of the trust helped the court in disposing of the litigation on compromise. The litigation between the two has now come to a full-stop.
