30.05.2019: – It is a criminal dispute. The facts of the case are that there was an agreement for the sale of the piece of land took place between the parties to the litigation. But when the sale deed was not executed by the executant of the deed, thus a criminal complaint was filed by the complainant against the executants of the agreement. The dispute came into the knowledge in the trust and with the effort of the trust, a good relation re-stored between the parties. The 02nd parties (Accused) agreed to return Rs. 30,000,00.00 (Thirty Lakh Only) to the complainant through cheque and both the parties agreed to file compromise before the court. Accordingly, the dispute is settled between the parties. The effort of the trust helped the court in disposing of the dispute on compromise. The litigation between the two has now come to a full-stop.
