11.03.2020: – The case in hand was filed by the wife against her husband and family members for harassment. The case of the wife is that her husband kept a concubine and ousted the petitioner from her matrimonial hose. The husband on several demand failed to pay maintenance to his wife. Hence the case for was filed by the wife. Actually I (Dilip Kumar Advocate) was the advocate of wife. One day the trust called the husband and asked a question from him about the possibility of the compromise. On schedule date and time both the parties appeared in the office of the Trust and on counselling the husband agreed to keep her wife happily with him and also agreed to pay maintenance to the Petitioner (wife) Rs. 1500.00 P/M accordingly both the parties agreed to file compromise before the court. With the effort of the Trust the dispute between the parties is settled. The litigation between the two has now come to a full-stop.
