27.12.2018: – The Trust is happy to resolve this problem as it is the first problem before the Trust. This is a Pre-marriage litigation between the parties. The problem was that a boy & a girl of different castes came close to each other and started to love. Both promised to marry each other. But after some time, the boy refused to marry. The girl approached the trust. The trust asked the boy on the phone to come to the trust office. Both have come in the trust office on scheduled date and time. With the effort of the trust, a good relationship between the two established. After counselling, both are agreed to honour the promise of marrying. Both are agreed to marry before the Marriage Registrar Muzaffarpur. Thus, by the effort of the trust, the court was saved from spending precious time in deciding a contested case. The litigation between the two has now come to a full-stop.
