The parties to the marriage are the husband and wife. The marriage was an arranged one, and no children were born from it. After some time, a dispute arose between the parties, leading the wife to leave her husband’s house and return to live with her father. Subsequently, the husband filed a case for restitution of conjugal rights, while the wife filed for divorce before the Principal Judge of the Family Court in Muzaffarpur.
To settle the dispute, a meeting was held on 05 September 2024, at the civil court campus in Muzaffarpur, where both parties and the wife’s father were present. During this meeting, both parties agreed on the point of separation and decided to meet later at the office of the “Dispute-Eater.” The wife arrived at the office and signed the register, but the husband did not appear.
Although the dispute between the parties remains unresolved, the case is listed under the heading of Full Stop of the “Dispute-Eater” because one party has signed the register.
