30.05.2019: – It is a criminal dispute. The dispute came into the knowledge in the trust and with the effort of the trust, a good relation re-stored between the parties. The 02nd parties (Accused) agreed to pay Rs. 20,000,00.00 (Twenty Lakh Only) to the complainant through cheque and both the parties agreed to file compromise before the court. Accordingly, the dispute is settled between the parties. The litigation between the two has now come to a full-stop.
