Name of the 02^nd Party:- Mr. Sanjiv Kumar S/o Late Ram Briksha Choudhary, Khadi Bhandar Chowk, Kanhauli, Po- Ramna, Ps- Mithanpura District Muzaffarpur, Bihar.

Both parties to the proceeding are co-relatives (brother and sister). Due to a family dispute, the sister filed the suit against her brothers.

With the efforts of the “Dispute-Eater,” the ongoing dispute between the parties has been successfully resolved. The sister became ready to withdraw the suit. The conflict between the parties has now come to a Full-Stop.
