Full Stop No. 16/2024 (Family – Dispute)

The parties are husband and wife. Their marriage was solemnized on 27.11.2009 at xxxxxx according to Hindu rites and customs. The marriage was duly consummated, and a daughter, namely xxxxxxx, was born on xxxxxxxx. The daughter presently resides with her mother.

After some time, the marriage encountered matrimonial disharmony and differences between the parties, resulting in the said dispute.

To settle disputes between the parties, a joint meeting was held today in the office of the “Dispute-Eater,” in which both parties,  were present. Comprehensive mediation sessions were held jointly as well as separately. After counselling, both parties have agreed on the point of consent Divorce.

1. The parties have agreed to dissolve the marriage by filing the case of Mutual Divorce before the court of Principal Judge Family Court Muzaffarpur.
2. The wife shall withdraw the Domestic Violence Case.
3. The daughter shall live with her mother with the risk and consequences of the mother.
4. The father will have the right to meet his daughter at per convenience before consultation with the mother and daughter.
5. The parties shall cooperate regarding the disposal of the cases pending against each other.
6. The wife shall not claim any amount of maintenance from the husband in future.
7. The parties agreed not to file any case against each other in future in any court.

And now, the dispute between the parties came to a full-Stop.
