The plaintiffs had filed this suit against the defendant to vacate the suit premises on the ground of personal necessity and for arrears of rent. The matter came to the knowledge of the trust through learned advocate Shri Binay Kumar in the year 2017. The trust many times consulted with the defendant, but the defendant flatly refused to enter into the compromise. Lastly, the trust decided to meet learned advocate Mr Vijay Kumar Singh, who is an authorized advocate on behalf of the Defendant/tenant. With the help of him, the matter became settled outside the court. After the settlement, the plaintiffs’ have received the entire outstanding rent and has also taken possession of the suit premises from the defendant. In this way, the dispute between the parties has now come to a Full-Stop.
